Michel Roegl-Brunner e941e212a8 fix: Make TextViewer scrollable for long scripts

- Add proper flex layout with overflow handling
- Use flex-1 and overflow-auto for scrollable content area
- Change height to minHeight for SyntaxHighlighter
- Ensure content can scroll when scripts are longer than viewport
- Maintain proper layout structure for both tabs

How to run this Alpha Software

You need npm and git installed on your PVE host

git clone git@github.com:michelroegl-brunner/PVESciptslocal.git

Then you need to run npm install

And to run the dev server on IP:3000

npm run dev
